The Disease Called "Hell Stoic Village"
The concept of "Hell Stoic Village" is a meme that refers to the stoicism brought about by a hellish self-blame mindset or a group characterized by such thinking. I personally believe that my style can be described as "Hell Stoic Village". My strength lies in recognizing that loss occurs when one fails to disclose oneself. So how does one end up in the "Hell Stoic Village"? Let's break down the structure of entering this village. It often happens when one's Social Hierarchy in the environment they grew up in is not particularly high. Through physical and conceptual movements, one becomes aware of the Difference between themselves and their surroundings. This discussion does not touch upon the question of whether "ignorance is bliss". Despair sets in, which can be interpreted as the meaning of reading Nietzsche's book, "Die until you die". This leads to choosing to move to a metropolitan area, which becomes a form of "mental training". Motivation can sometimes arise from Self-Contradictory Emotion, including the dark side of emotions. Eventually, one's level rises, and the cycle starts again. I was quite interested in understanding the structure and environment that triggers Self-Blame Thinking. I wanted to increase the number of companions, which is why I wanted to understand the Structure. In terms of reproducibility, as I repeated coaching sessions, I noticed some commonalities. "Moving to a metropolitan area" (mentioned later) may be a significant factor. By physically and conceptually moving away from one's hometown, there is a Difference and Gap. Experiencing this difference leads to an increase in thought processes. As a result, there are more opportunities to think about Vertical Diversity, Horizontal Diversity, Metacognition, and how to achieve seemingly contradictory propositions of "recognizing what is not recognized". The concept of difference is also related to the idea that the probability of improvement is high when there is a chance for a drastic change, but there is no difference for a minor change. It is important to note that this perspective may be influenced by Survival bias. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary not to recommend entering the Hell Stoic Village. This is the only "rule of the village" - "No bad reputation, because it goes without saying that everyone is dead". So what can you do if you find yourself in the Hell Stoic Village? When transitioning from an environment with a relatively low Social Hierarchy to a higher one, you will feel a significant Difference and Gap. This can occur through physical movements such as moving to a metropolitan area or through transitions like graduation and enrollment, which involve community changes. This gap usually leads to Stress for most people, which can be either external or internal. The concept of About Managing Risks, Barbell Strategy also touches upon the idea of managing stress, risks, and unpredictable factors at the minimum level to promote personal growth. If you have already entered the Hell Stoic Village, what can you do to overcome the established differences in Social Hierarchy? One approach is to understand the Cultural Discrimination Power as Habitus of Class and Its Social Structure and the theory of escaping social status through cultural capital. Therefore, it is important to continue investing in culture, which refers to acquired knowledge after birth. But as they say in the startup world, it's like "building an airplane while jumping off a cliff". Personally, I find it difficult to push someone who is hesitating on the edge of a cliff. Teaching someone who has already jumped off how to build an airplane is a challenge.
